Crowds between bike weeks

It looks like I will be arriving on the day one bike week ends and leaving the day after the other begins. What should I be expecting? I looked at other posts, but they really didn%26#39;t apply to this time frame. I just want to know know what traffic, dining out, etc. will be like. Any info is greatly appreciated!

We%26#39;ll be down the same week. Original plans were to arrive on the last Sat of Harley Week. Added a detour to drive down so won%26#39;t arrive until Sun. Should miss most of Harleys.

Will be staying in Garden City this trip. Plan on doing our MB and NMB drives during middle of week. Don%26#39;t expect any problems.

End of week will play it by ear. If and when the Black Bike ';festivities'; start we%26#39;ll just lay low in south side of MB away from traffic. Pull out on Sat.

Thanks, hopefully we will be ';reverse commuting'; in and out of MB. I%26#39;d imagine there wouldn%26#39;t be too many stragglers/early arrivals. I can deal with crowds better than traffic. It might be cool to get a taste of Bike week.

One of the hotels I called said it would be busy and he stays away...

If anyone has first hand experience of this week, any info would be greatly appreciated.

It%26#39;s pretty calm here between Bike Weeks. Pretty much all the bikers will leave on that Sunday and most won%26#39;t being arriving until Thursday and Friday.
