Help, planning a reunion for 40 people of all ages. Should I stay here. I was told by a realtor that it is far enough away from Atlantic Beach. It is on 46th Ave South. Is this OK? Is anything in walking distance? Any suggestion for a better location, Cherry Grove Villas? Cayman Villas? Ocean Blvd. villas?

I would certainly consider Atlantis Villas in the Cresent Beach section. These are lovely units and are on a very wide part of the beach, So there is still pleanty of beach at high tide. We stayed in Unit 101 and were VERY HAPPY. The unit is very nice, well maintained and has plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking for a large group. You would need to probably reserve 2 units for 40 people. There is also a very nice ocean front pool. Here is a link to their Website.
