Does anyone have info on the progress of the construction? Wondered if it is detrimental to renting a unit at Springs Towers? Thank you.
Construction on Cherry Grove Manor site
In October %26#39;07 they had maybe five floors up. I%26#39;ve stayed next to construction before. Wasn%26#39;t perfect but nothing to worry about.
If I could get unit at north end of Springs I%26#39;d go ahead and go for it. Wouldn%26#39;t want to be on end by the construction.
Maybe use it to negotiate lower rate.
