WILD DUNES ';condo/Villa'; complexes

Hello

If anyone is familiar with Wild Dunes? Which complex would you recommend for a 3BR/3BA oceanfront rental in late July. We definitely want beach access.. Perhaps beach Club Villas, Seagrove Villas, Mariner,s Walk? Does anyone know which is nicest. Thank you

We rent through Island Realty (islandrealty.com) and usually stay in Shipwatch. There are 4 buildings, all overlooking the beach. Buildings A %26amp; D overlook dunes and beach, and buildings B %26amp; C over look pool, then beach. All the 4th floor condos are two floors, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and have AMAZING VIEWS. They have three balconies, two facing ocean, one facing the golf course and sunset. Read descriptions, because it is hard to tell from photos, but some have been recently updated and those tend to be the nicest, although most are very nice. The beach is right there for your access. We love Shipwatch, especially building A, 4th floor units. Hope this helps. I know it is hard to choose without any advice or insight.

Indeed there is almost nothing prettier or more natural than the beaches in Wild Dunes. However, I thought I%26#39;d make a point for you to verify with your rental company before you sign on the dotted line that where ever you end up renting they are guaranteeing you that your villa has immediate beach access. If you haven%26#39;t read any other posts you might not know that Wild Dunes will be undergoing beach renourishment (as the northernmost tip of their beach has eroded away, exposing building foundations to the tides) and if you stay at one of those 3 or 4 complexes before renourishment happens you will not have any beach at high tide and very very little beach even at low tide. The farther south you go the bigger the beach so there is nothing to worry about. Ask for a guarantee if that%26#39;s important to you.

Great Advice....Thank you
