Hard Rock Park question

What do you have to do to take a back stage tour or whatever it is called that they are doing during the construction? We will be down over Easter and could probably scoot on out that way if it%26#39;s pretty interesting?

Also, have any of you locals knowledge of how much the Grand Opening tickets will be on June 1st %26amp; 2nd?

I%26#39;m not a local but I saw that the ticket package will be $250 which is for the 2 day event and includes park admission for both days, tickets to the concerts (Eagles and Moody Blues), admission to celebrity golf tournament, food, beverages and souvenirs. From what I understand you can also just pay the regular $50 park admission to get into the park but it does not include the concerts.

My husband and I will be vacationing at Myrtle Beach the last week of April/first couple of days in May. I checked out the Hard Rock Park%26#39;s website to find out when the park actually opens. I saw that the ';grand opening'; is actually on June 2 and 3. However, what do they mean by a ';soft opening'; with limited access? The website states that from April 15th through May 8th they will be having a ';soft opening';. Does anyone know what that means? Thanks in advance for any information that you can provide.

A soft opening could perhaps mean that everything is not up and running, or if everything is up and running, they are testing it out and certain attractions could be down for last minute ';tweeks';. A soft opening in the restaurant business means they open without a lot of fanfare, with the ';grand'; opening with lots of pomp and circumstance scheduled after the kinks have been worked out. Hope that helps.

Given the size of this park, can anyone take a guess as to how long you might spend there? I%26#39;m trying to plan a trip and can%26#39;t figure out how many days I will need to thoroughly enjoy the park.

This morning on the news they said the backstage tours would only go on thru sometime in April. As for size of park, the entire park, or at least what the projected size is won%26#39;t all be open in June. I would think a day would be plenty, this is not Disney World.
