have been to the beach before but have never planned the trip on my own help want a hotel with indoor pool and lazy river room with at least 3 bedrooms have about 10 in our party going in sept.

Do you need more? They all have 3BR suites/condos.They have all made upgrades or renovations within the past year or so. They all the pools that you are looking for. The Anderson is fairly new.
