Hi - We are thinking of renting here in July. Just wanted to know who has been here and your thoughts are on this place. We are looking for a place for 12 people - 6 adults and 6 kids from ages 17-10. Thanks for any input you have.

beautiful luxury condo, went there few weeks ago for Chamber of Commerce Business after hours party and got a tour of one of the units, really very nice. If nice is what you are looking for. you can also check out Crescent Shores, Blue Water Keyes, all in NMB.

Stayed here last year during first full month it was open. It was without a doubt the nicest condo I have stayed in anywhere, and 100 times nicer than anything else at MB. I have three kids, they enjoyed all the pools, easy access to beach. Only nedgative I can think of at all is no food. This may have been remedied by now, they were building a tiki hut at pool, not sure if it was drinks only or if it has a snack bar.
